Frank Gotsmann has been working at Diaverum Germany since 2017
As Managing Director of Diaverum Deutschland GmbH, a leading provider of nephrology services, Frank Gotsmann has been responsible for the operational and strategic management of our clinics in Germany since 2022.
Diaverum Germany treats over 1,000 patients per year and provides them with reliable, high-quality dialysis to improve their quality of life.
Prior to his appointment as Managing Director, he served as Director of Operations and Country Nursing Director for Diaverum Germany, where he improved the quality, safety and efficiency of medical and nursing processes and standards and promoted the training and development of nursing staff.
He has more than 10 years of experience in nursing management, both in inpatient and outpatient care, and successfully completed his studies as a Diplom-Pflegewirt (FH) in 2012. He has been holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) since 2023.
