Helma Krupsack has been Country Nursing Director at Diaverum Germany since 2021.
Helma is a trained nurse and has been working for Diaverum since 2011. During her active dialysis time, she was fortunate to be able to successfully complete further training as a specialist nurse in nephrology and dialysis.
Since 2014, her passion for organisational and quality-related topics has been awakened. She completed further training in health care management and social services and was able to strengthen and expand her expertise and leadership skills as a nursing service manager and centre manager at MVZ Potsdam.
In 2021, she took over from Frank Gotsmann as Country Nursing Director, where she aims to constantly maintain and actively improve the quality and efficiency created in medical and nursing process development.
The high specialist nursing quality standards at Diaverum form a very demanding framework to ensure a committed, professionally excellent and motivated team for our patients.
